React and Report: when you feel your boundaries being pushed, it is important to react. Do not simply let it go, report it and allow a reaction to follow Therapy: this is a great tool if you feel like you need to speak to non-judgemental individuals about your experience. Provides the oppertunity for reflection in a more dynamic setting
Recognition: realize what went wrong, either on your end or theirs. Brainstorm ways to avoid this happening again, and consult a trusted friend or adult Focus-Groups: sitting and speaking to people who have experienced the same thing as you can often be healing; it allows for you to remember you are not alone and there are others around to help and support you
Regroup: take a minute to gain your bearings, and re-join social media if you so choose, with more confidenence and safer percautions Peer Conversations: in an instance where your comfort levels would be met by talking to someone you know, but also not a figure of extreme authority; friends and peers can be recruited to listen to you.
